Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Indigo 6E 6332 Indore-Bhubaneswar flight was delayed by 1 hour 20 minutes after a minor technical fault was detected at the last minute on Monday morning. The flight scheduled to take off at 9am, finally took to skies at 10:20am.
The aircraft was called back from the runway of Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport, minutes before the takeoff. The passengers had already been seated on the flight when the technical fault was detected.
After discussion between the pilot and the ground staff, it was decided that the airplane needed some repair. Following this, the plane returned from the runway and underwent the fixing. The Indigo flight bound to commence at 9am finally took off at 10:20am, after it was deemed fit for flying.
The video shows the passengers waiting for the flight to take off. It further shows the cabin crew addressing the passengers, requesting them for patience. "We regret your inconvenience. Our team is working to ensure the flight takes off as soon as possible. We request your patience."
Indore airport management said that there was a minor technical fault in the plane. It was fixed, following which the plane left for Bhubaneswar from Indore.
