Actors Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi revealed that they were duped of "thousand of rupees" after booking skydiving sessions in Dubai for the entire family online. Their son Aryaman Sethi shared that there were signs that the website might have been fake but he ignored them and proceeded anyway, only to be scammed later.

Archana took to her YouTube vlog to warn her fans about a major scam going on in Dubai. She shared that during their recent trip to Dubai, the family decided to experience indoor skydiving for which they booked three tickets online. However, when they reached the venue, they found out that the tickets were never booked.

Archana, Parmeet scammed in Dubai

"We had booked three slots in iFly Dubai, but this lady is saying that we have no booking. We have been scammed because the website where we made the payment is not theirs. We have been scammed in Dubai. We have already paid and the tickets are not cheap... Dubai mein hamare paise doob gaye," she said in her vlog.

She went on to say, "I never expected this to happen in Dubai, there are such strict rules and laws. People are scared of doing such things."

"I am shocked! Thousands of rupees are gone," Parmeet added.

Aryaman had his doubts

Archana and Parmeet's son Aryaman then revealed that he did have doubts, but ignored them. He shared that while booking the tickets on the said website, the duration of the ride was shown as 4 minutes, but then it changed to 2 minutes when he was taken to another page.

However, he said that he did not bother to cross-check as he believed the main website would not scam them.

On the work front, Archana is currently seen as the permanent guest on The Great Indian Kapil Show. She was last seen in movies recently when she reprised her role of Mrs Braganza Malhotra in Khushi Kapoor and Ibrahim Ali Khan's Nadaaniyan.
