But in a shocking twist, it was recently revealed that the images and videos were AI-generated, and her ex-boyfriend has been arrested for creating and circulating them.

During the peak of the controversy, her Instagram handle was 'Babydoll Archi', a name that became widely searched and debated online. However, in a move that has raised eyebrows, she has now rebranded herself as 'Amira Ishtara' on the photo and video-sharing social media platform.

Though Archita has not publicly addressed the reason behind the name change, the timing is notable. It came shortly after the AI-generated images and videos sent the internet into a frenzy, fuelling global speculation and gossip.
Social media users are now questioning whether the name change is a bid to reclaim her identity, escape the unwanted attention, or a simple rebranding move. Some have even suggested that 'Amira Ishtara' sounds like a carefully chosen name that reflects a new phase in her public life - mysterious, exotic, and distanced from the scandal.
Archita's ex-boyfriend arrested
Meanwhile, on July 13, the Assam Police arrested Pratim Bora, the ex-boyfriend of Archita, from the Tinsukia district. He has been accused of morphing photos and creating explicit AI-generated videos, which he then circulated on social media, falsely making it appear as though they featured Archita and had been shared by her.
The arrest was made after Archita lodged a complaint, alleging that digitally manipulated images and pornographic content featuring her face were being circulated online with the intent of maligning her reputation. She maintained that she had no connection to the viral videos or images and that someone was deliberately targeting her.
Following her complaint, the police launched an investigation which eventually led them to Bora, who was traced and taken into custody.
According to several media reports, Archita is from Assam and is known for her bold digital presence. Reports have also stated that her alleged sex video has gone viral, with claims that she has joined the American porn industry.
