Salman Khan’s bodyguard Shera’s father, Sunder Singh Jolly, passed away on August 7 at the age of 88, and his cremation was held at Oshiwara Crematorium in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai. He was reportedly battling cancer. On Sunday (August 10), a prayer meet took place at a Gurudwara in the city, where several celebrities arrived to offer their condolences to Shera.
Celebrities At Shera's Father's Prayer Meet
Bobby Deol, dressed in a black T-shirt, hugged Shera warmly, offering support as he tried to give him the strength to endure the loss and pain of his father’s passing. Salman Khan’s sister, Alvira Agnihotri, was also seen at the prayer meet, along with Mika Singh, Bigg Boss 17 contestant Mannara Chopra, and singer Rahul Vaidya.

Shera Issues Statement
Earlier, Shera shared an official statement regarding the demise of his father, which read: "My father Shri Sunder Singh Jolly has left for heavenly abode today. The last journey will start at 4 PM from my residence 1902, The Park luxury Residences, Off Lokhandwala Back Road, Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai. Cremation will take place at Oshiwara Crematorium , Jogeshwari West ..in grief Shera."
The news of his father's death came just a few months after he celebrated his 88th birthday.
After news of Shera's father's passing broke, Salman Khan arrived at Shera’s house to pay his last respects. Several viral videos showed Salman, accompanied by tight security, stepping out of his car and warmly hugging Shera to console him before they both entered the building.
