Three Died After Heavy Water Flow Sweeps Them Away On Culvert In MP's Bhind

Bhind (Madhya Pradesh): A man reportedly died in Bhind after he swept away due to ten feet of water coming on the culvert in Indurkhi village.

Deceased Murari Batham, a resident of Raun, had gone to his uncle's house. When he was returning at night, he was swept away due to excess water on the culvert.

Divers have found his body. The police have handed over the body for last rites after conducting the post-mortem of the deceased on Monday.

Priest rescued safely

In another incident, priest Tyagi Ramsharan Das Maharaj, who lives at Ram Janaki temple in Bhind's Bilav, got stuck in the water. The villagers got the information about this. This news was immediately given to the control room.

Due to which the SDRF team reached the spot. The SDRF team rescued priest Tyagi Ramsharan Das Maharaj safely. The coastal village has been alerted due to the continuous rise in the water level of the river.

Water level of Sindh is rising continuously

The water level of Sindh River is continuously rising in Bhind. The river has risen above the danger mark.

In Shivpuri area, water is being released continuously due to the rising water level in Mohini Sagar Dam. It is told that about nine and a half thousand cusecs of water has been released from Mohini Pickup Weir. Due to this, the water level of Sindh river has reached the danger mark.

The water level of Sindh at Mehda Ghat of Bhind is said to be 122 meters, which is two meters above the danger mark. Due to sudden rise in water in the river, water has reached near many villages. At night, a village of six hundred people near Indurkhi village was surrounded by water. Here, about ten feet of water came on the culvert.
