Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh): A thief jumped off the first floor after being spotted by security guards and died in Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior. His partner has sustained severe injuries.
The duo broke into a Hospital in Gwalior to steal scrap, however were spotted by the security guards. The duo jumped off the first floor in an attempt to flee.
According to information, the 55-year-old man was seriously injured in the fall and died during treatment. His accomplice was also injured and taken to the trauma center but left the hospital without permission.
The police are now searching for him.
The incident happened around 2 AM at the old building of Jai Arogya Hospital in the Kampoo area of Gwalior.
Where, Vishal Jatav and his partner Satendra Jatav entered the hospital with the intention to steal scrap.

The security guards on duty noticed them and surrounded the building. When the thieves saw the guards, they jumped from the first floor to escape.
Both Vishal and Satendra got badly hurt in the fall and were taken to the trauma center for treatment. Vishal died during treatment, while Satendra escaped from the hospital without informing the doctors.
The police were informed about this and are investigating the case.
CSP Robin Jain said that the two men entered the old building of the hospital to steal and jumped to avoid the security guards. Both were reported to be addicted to drugs.
Vishal’s body has been sent for post-mortem and the investigation is ongoing.
