Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): In a heartwarming ceremony at the Secretariat on Tuesday, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav received a warm and a grand welcome from the Mantralaya staff and reaffirmed his commitment to the welfare of government employees-- the true pillars of state administration.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav was felicitated with a silver lotus by the Mantralaya staff, who gathered to honour his leadership. Dr.Mohan Yadav, in his address, described the employees as the “Karma Yogis”- the backbone and true support of governance in Madhya Pradesh.
He also assured them that the government deeply values their hard work and sincerity and the government is actively working to fill all vacant posts in a phased manner and made surr that they will be filled soon. He had also addressed the issue of pending promotions and promised a resolution soon. “We are holding discussions and will ensure eligible employees get their due,” he said.
The Chief Minister further announced plans to provide insurance coverage for all state employees and support and provide facilities for their families andtheir children’s education. “When employees are secure and motivated, the state prospers. Their welfare is our top priority,” he said.
The event began with the lighting of a ceremonial lamp and floral tributes to Bharat Mata. Shri SubhashVerma, the convener, thanked the CM for employee friendly measures like Dearness Allowance, HRA, and other benefits. A report of demands was also presented.
The ceremony ended on a patriotic note with Dr. Yadav leading a spirited Tiranga Yatra, joined by ministers, MLAs, and hundreds of enthusiastic staff members.
This event marks Mohan Yadav’s ongoing efforts to strengthen Madhya Pradesh’s administrative workforce, promising fair treatment, recognition, and a secure future for all state employees.
