Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The job aspirants do not have to take examinations repeatedly. To carry out Chief Minister Mohan Yadav’s announcement, the General Administration Department has prepared a draft.

The state government is going to change the rules of recruitment. The draft will be presented before Chief Secretary Anurag Jain. Afterwards, it will be put up before Yadav.

The draft is being prepared for changing rules in the examinations that the PSC and the MP Employees Selection Board (MPESB) will conduct. The PSC and the MPESB are separately conducting examinations for the recruitment of staff for the government departments.

The PSC conducts 25 types of examinations throughout the year. Similarly, the MPESB conducts 30 types of examinations during the year. Once the new rules come into force, the PSC will conduct only six types of examinations, and the MPESB will hold five types of examinations.

A merit list will be prepared on the basis of these examinations, and the candidates will be selected accordingly. As the number of examinations will reduce, the candidates do not have to pay the examination fees.

According to new rules, the candidates have to mention the alternative names of the departments at the time of filling the forms. As a result, the candidates do not have to take examinations again.

Along with this, the problem of changing jobs after selection will also end. Since the number of examinations will reduce, the quality of examination will improve. The new policy will also lessen the disputes that generally occur when the results of the examinations are out.

It will like engineering, post graduate, graduate exams

The PSC will conduct only one examination for state administrative services and forest services. Afterwards, the examinations for engineering, education, and agriculture services will be conducted.

The MPESB will conduct examinations for postgraduate, graduate, and higher secondary pass degree holders. It will also conduct the test for the jobs, which are performed in uniforms. A merit list will be prepared on the basis of the examination results.
