'Miss You My Dear Brother': Salman Khan Mourns Jai Ho Co-Star Mukul Dev's Death, Shares Throwback Photo
Bollywood actor Mukul Dev passed away on Friday (May 23) in New Delhi, leaving the entire industry shocked. On late Saturday night, Salman Khan penned an emotional note for his Jai Ho co-star, along with a throwback photo. "Miss you my dear brother Mukul...Rest in peace (sic)," he wrote. Mukul was cremated in Delhi by brother Rahul Dev on Saturday.

Bollywood actor Mukul Dev passed away on Friday (May 23) in New Delhi, leaving the entire industry shocked. On late Saturday night, Salman Khan penned an emotional note for his Jai Ho co-star and also shared a throwback photo with him on social media.
Salman took to his Instagram handle to share an old photo with Mukul from the sets of their 2014 film, Jai Ho. "Miss you my dear brother Mukul...Rest in peace (sic)," he wrote.
The news of Mukul's demise was first shared by his brother, actor Rahul Dev. "Our brother Rahul Dev passed away peacefully at New Delhi last night...He's survived by his daughter Sia Dev. Missed by siblings Rashmi Kaushal, Rahul Dev and nephew Sidhant Dev (sic)," the statement read.
Mukul was cremated in the presence of his friends and family members in Delhi on Saturday evening, and Rahul was seen performing his last rites.
Ajay Devgn, Sushmita Sen, Kangana Ranaut, Arshad Warsi, Sonu Sood, Hansal Mehta, and numerous other names from the film industry also mourned his demise.

Mukul starred in several movies including Jai Ho with Salman Khan, Himmatwala, Mere Do Anmol Ratan, Yamla Pagla Deewana, Son of Sardaar, R... Rajkumar, and Bhaag Johny, among others.
He was also a well-established face on Indian television with shows like Mumkin, Gharwali Uparwali, Kasshish, Ssshhhh…Phir Koi Hai, and Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan, among others.
If reports are to be believed, Mukul was set to make a comeback in Bollywood with Ajay Devgn's upcoming film, Son Of Sardaar 2, also starring Mrunal Thakur.
