A married man who had gone to a hotel in in Uttar Pradesh' Hapur, to meet his girlfriend was caught red-handed by his wife.
A video of the confrontation between the man’s wife and his alleged girlfriend has surfaced on social media. According to reports, upon seeing her husband with his girlfriend, the wife flew into a rage and began beating the other woman in the middle of the road. The altercation caused chaos for some time, drawing a large crowd.
The incident occurred outside a hotel on the national highway. The man, a local resident, was allegedly having an affair, and his wife had grown suspicious. On Thursday afternoon, while the wife was in the market, she spotted her husband with his girlfriend. She followed them to the hotel, where she caught them together. In a fit of anger, the wife dragged the girlfriend onto the street and began assaulting her, while the husband fled the scene.
A bystander recorded the incident and shared the video online, where it quickly went viral. The footage shows the wife slapping and kicking the girlfriend as onlookers watched without intervening.
Station House Officer Inspector Patnish Kumar stated that after police noticed the two women arguing in the street, they were taken to the police station. Both were issued summons for breach of the peace. Hindustan has not independently verified the viral video.
