Team India pacer Mohammed Siraj was spotted at the Hyderabad international airport as he arrived in his hometown from London after starring in a gripping series draw in England. A swarm of fans surrounded him as the 31-year-old stepped out of the airport, calling him 'Siraj bhai' as a video of the same surfaced on social media.
The star cricketer finished the series as the leading wicket-taker, picking up 23 scalps in nine innings at just above 32 apiece. The right-arm pacer was particularly outstanding on Day 5 of the final Test at The Oval as India clawed their way back from an almost unwinnable position to clinch a six-run victory as India unthinkably levelled the series.

"He is a captain's dream" - Shubman Gill on Mohammed Siraj
At the post-game presentation, visiting skipper Shubman Gill said he was in awe of how the 31-year-old kept giving his everything in every ball, spell and Test to lead India to success.
"He [Siraj] is a captain's dream, every ball, every spell he bowled he came all out and gave it everything for the team. Both teams coming into Day 5 not knowing who would win shows how passionate both teams were and how hard everyone has played."
Had the hosts successfully gunned down 374, it would have been the highest successful run-chase at The Oval. Ollie Pope's men were well on track despite succumbing to 106/3 at one stage on Day 4. The 195-run partnership between Joe Root and Harry Brook put the Englishmen in pole position to win but the sustained pressure from Indian pacers sparked an unthinkable collapse.
Hence, they eventually fell short by seven runs.
