Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Divisional Commissioner Dilip Gawade interacted with the residents and directed the government machinery to resolve the problems of the residents with priority. Gawade interacted with the residents directly through the online webinar organised under the ward visit problems redressal campaign here on Wednesday. Many residents thanked the administration for providing them houses through the Prime Minister Awas Scheme. Additional Commissioner Vijaysingh Deshmukh, Additional Commissioner Khushalsingh Pardeshi, Joint Commissioner Devidas Tekale, Assistant Commissioner Sanjay Kedar and other officers were present during the webinar.
Gawade took review of the various schemes implemented by the town planning department, PM Awas, Shabari Awas, PM Swanidhi and other schemes. The residents complained that they had received the first instalment of the scheme but not the second. Many residents also demanded that the limit of the loan amount should be increased from Rs 50,000. Gawade assured that the proposal in this regard will be sent to the government.
Women residents of Umarga in Dharashiv district complained that they receive water after every 15 days. Gawade directed the concerned authorities to make proper planning of the water supply and even issued directives regarding supplying clean water during the rainy season.
The officers informed that around 95% of the work of the PM Awas has been accomplished in the Dharashiv Municipal Corporation jurisdiction and also informed about the implementation of the PM Vishwakarma Scheme in Gangakhed Municipal Council.
Joint Commissioner Tekale informed that the PM Swanidhi Portal will be started soon to provide benefit to the women of Ardhapur in Nanded district.
Gawade thanked the residents for presenting their problems and said he will personally see that the problems are solved. He will interact with the residents through the webinar after every 15 days, he assured.
