Mumbai News: Western Railway To Run 2 Summer Special Trains Between Bandra–Palitana And Udhna–Gaya; Bookings Open May 16

For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand during the summer season, Western Railway has decided to run two pairs of Special Trains on Special Fare between Bandra Terminus - Palitana and Udhna - Gaya stations.

Mumbai: For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand during the summer season, Western Railway has decided to run two pairs of Special Trains on Special Fare between Bandra Terminus - Palitana and Udhna - Gaya stations.

According to Vineet Abhishek, Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, train No. 09009 Bandra Terminus - Palitana Special will depart from Bandra Terminus on Sunday, 18th May, 2025 at 7.25 pm and will reach Patilana at 09.25 am, the next day .

Similarly, Train No. 09010 Palitana - Bandra Terminus Special will depart from Palitana on Monday, 19th May, 2025 at 8.30 pm and will arrive Bandra Terminus at 10.45 am, the next day.

Enroute this train will halt at Borivali, Palghar, Vapi, Valsad, Navsari, Surat, Vadodara, Anand, Ahmedabad, Botad, Dhola, Songadh and Sihor Gujarat stations in both directions.

This train comprises of AC 3 Tier (Economy) and AC Chair Car Coaches

Similarly, train No.09039 Udhna - Gaya Special will depart from Udhna every Friday at 10 pm and will reach Gaya at 03.15 am, on Sunday. This train will run from 23rd May to 27th June, 2025. Similarly, Train No. 09040 Gaya– Udhna Special will depart from Gaya every Sunday at 07.10 am and will reach Udhna at 2.00 pm , the next day. This train will run from 25th May to 29th June, 2025.

Enroute this train will halt at Chalthan, Bardoli, Nandurbar, Amalner, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Mirzapur, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, Sasaram and Dehri on Sone stations in both directions.

This train comprises of Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches

The Booking for Train No. 09009, 09010 and 09039 will open from 16th May at all PRS Counters and on IRCTC website. For detailed information regarding timings of halts and composition, passengers may please visit www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in
