Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), August 09: In a shameful incident which came to light from Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow, a monster man was caught on camera while raping a street dog. The incident was recorded by an onlooker and the video of the incident is doing rounds on social media. It can be seen in the video that the man is raping the dog while sitting on the stairs on the side of the road. There are reports that the person involved in the shameful act has been arrested and legal action is being taken against him.
There are reports that the incident occurred in Gomtinagar's Patrakarpuram in Lucknow and the monster man who is raping the dog has been identified as Sonu Vishwakarma. Sonu has been reportedly arrested after the video of the shameful act went viral on social media.
The viral video shows that Sonu is sitting on the stairs on the side of the road. He is seen groping an innocent street dog and raping it in the open. The man is seen in the video with his lungi over his thighs and he is forcefully holding the dog in front of him and indulged in the inhumane act.
The video has been recorded by the onlooker who is seen hiding and recording the act secretly. The video went viral on social media and the police came into action after the video was widely shared on the internet. The police arrested the accused and further investigation is underway. Legal action will be taken against the accused after the investigation is completed.
The incident has raised questions over the laws against animal cruelty in the country. Many such incidents of dogs falling prey to such monsters have surfaced in the recent past. The animal lovers are demanding stricter provisions in the laws to prevent such incidents to occur in the future.
Lucknow Police said, "In the case, the Gomtinagar police have arrested the accused person and further legal proceedings are being conducted."
