Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav's health condition reportedly deteriorated on Tuesday night due to high sugar levels. Yadav has been advised to visit All India Institute Of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi for treatment.
According to reports, the RJD chief was being treated at his residence 'Rabri Awaas' in Bihar's Patna. Doctors advised Yadav's family to shift him to Delhi for better treatment.
According to reports, the RJD chief has been unwell for the past two days.

Yadav underwent angioplasty in Mumbai in September 2024. He also had a kidney transplant in Singapore in 2022. His younger daughter Rohini Acharya donated her kidney to him. The RJD chief had also undergone an open heart surgery in 2014.
Notably, Yadav and his family members are being probed in connection with the the land-for-jobs scam case. On March 19, the RJD chief was questioned by the Enforcement Department (ED) for nearly four hours in connection with the case. His eldest daughter Misa Bharati also accompanied him.
