Koppal: A shocking incident surfaced from Karnataka's Koppal district, where a man was allegedly killed with machetes by seven people over an alleged property dispute. The incident which took place on May 31 was captured on CCTV.
The victim has been identified as Chenappa Narinal. In the CCTV which surfaced online, the victim could be seen running around in the bakery, while the accused were seen running behind him. The incident took place near LJ Iyengar Bakery close to Sindhanur Circle
Narinal was a daily wager and a resident of Tavaragera town in the district on Saturday at around 10 pm, reported India Today. The CCTV footage shows Narinal was attacked with machetes. He was hit on his neck and head. The accused reportedly dragged the victim out of the shop and then stabbed him multiple times.

Narinal died on the spot. The assailants fled from the crime scene. After receiving the information, the police swung into action. They arrested all the seven accused -Ravi, Pradeep, Manjunath, Nagaraj, Manjunath, Gautham, and Pramod, reported the media house.
The crime scene was reportedly located less than a kilometre from the local police station. In the initial probe, it was revealed that Narinal was attacked due to a property dispute.
A police complaint was filed by Durugappa Narinal, the elder brother of the deceased. In the complaint, the Durugappa Narinal said that there was a property feud between his family and another. As per the deceased's brother, Ravi Narinalw is the prime accused as he had threatened to kill one of the members of his family.
A detailed investigation has been launched into the matter.
