YouTuber Apoorva Mukhija is back in news, and she has once again managed to grab eyeballs for all the wrong reasons. The content creator found herself at the receiving end of severe backlash after she stated in an interview that she was proud of women who "monetise their sexuality".
During her interview with Zoom, the 23-year-old content creator said, "I think women who can monetise their sexuality are insane. Good for you girlypops, I am proud of y'all."
"If men are stupid enough to see it, pay for it, then do it. I love it! They are the views," she added.

Apoorva criticised for her comments
Within no time, Apoorva's clip went viral on the internet, and netizens slammed her for the statement. "Basically, she's okay with her being sexualised for money," a user wrote on X, while another said, "Just a pure example of being characterless".
Netizens also accused her of misguiding the youth under the garb of being "woke". "This isn't empowerment. Women aren't objects that men can buy. Stop normalizing this shit," a user wrote. "Just because they are popular doesn't mean they are right," another stated.

Apoorva's India's Got Latent controversy
Earlier this year, Apoorva was all over internet after she was booked for allegedly promoting vulgarity and polluting the minds of the youth with her words and actions. It all began when she appeared on the show, India's Got Latent, and was seen asking a man if he had ever seen a vagina after being born.
She was slammed for using abusive language on a show that was consumed by youth. Along with her, Samay Raina and Ranveer Allahbadia were also booked.
Apoorva was recently seen in the reality show, The Traitors, and if reports are to be believed, she is set to participate in Bigg Boss 19.
