Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has sold one of his properties in Bandra West, Mumbai, for Rs 5.35 crore, according to official registration documents reviewed by SquareYards.com on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website. The transaction was officially registered in July 2025.

The apartment is located in Shiv Asthan Heights, a premium residential building in Pali Village area of the upscale suburb. The flat has a built-up area of 122.45 sq m (approximately 1,318 sq ft) and comes with three car parking spaces, adding to its high market value.
The sale incurred a stamp duty of Rs 32.01 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.
Salman continues to reside at the iconic Galaxy Apartments and the apartment he sold is 2.2 kms away from his residence.

Known for its blend of luxury apartments, heritage bungalows, and boutique commercial spaces, the area attracts top-end buyers, NRIs, and investors alike. Meanwhile, on the work front, Salman is gearing up to host the upcoming season of controversial reality show Bigg Boss. Reportedly, the show will begin in August and will go on for the next five months. Besides Salman, filmmakers Karan Johar and Farah Khan will also reportedly host Bigg Boss 19 in Salman's absence. However, nothing has been announced officially by the makers yet.
On the film front, he will next be seen in Battle of Galwan, alongside Chitrangda Singh in the lead. The film, based on the 2020 Galwan Valley conflict between Indian and Chinese armed forces.
