RJ Mahvash has been in the limelight for the past few months, courtesy, speculations surrounding her close bond with Team India cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal. She grabbed eyeballs once again on Thursday when she attended the first IPL Qualifier between Chahal's team Punjab Kings against Royal Challengers Bengaluru, however, post the match, she penned a cryptic note on social media, seemingly in response to all the chatter.
Mahvash took to her Instagram stories and sharing a picture from the field, wrote, "What's important is that 'YOU KNOW' you have never done wrong to anyone. You have been pure with your intentions always and that you remember you have to return to God. Live by your ethics. Rest what people say is all noise. Cancel it (sic)."
Not just that, but she also shared a slew of photos from the stands of the Chandigarh stadium, in which she can be seen dressed in PBKS colours and posing with the team's flag. "Prediction: Final match RCB vs PBKS hoga! (sic)," she captioned the post.
However, netizens noticed that she turned off the comments section under her Instagram post, seemingly to avoid comments and digs related to Chahal.
Rumours of Chahal and Mahvash surfaced around the time the former was in the process of getting divorced from his first wife, actress-choreographer Dhanashree Verma. Their divorce was finalised in March this year.
While Chahal and Mahvash both maintained that they were only good friends, the latter has been at the receiving end of severe backlash, and netizens also accused her of breaking the cricketer's marriage.
Meanwhile, Mahvash has been a constant at all matches of Punjab Kings this season, and she can be seen supporting the leg spinner from the stands with great fervour.
