RJ Mahvash and Team India leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal have set tongues wagging with their close friendship for quite some time now. To add further fuel to the fire, the former was spotted visiting the latter at his hotel on Thursday, albeit with her face hidden.
In a video which is now going viral, Mahvash can be seen hiding her face with an oversized hoodie and mask, but despite her efforts, she failed to conceal her identity. Not just that, but as soon as she saw the cameras recording her, she made a run for the elevator, but by then, she was already captured in the lenses. The exact location where the video was recorded is not known.
Mahvash was reportedly at the hotel to meet Chahal before his team Punjab Kings clashed with Virat Kohli's Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the first Qualifier of IPL at the Chandigarh stadium. Whoever wins the match will head straightaway to the finals of IPL 2025, while the losing team would get another chance.
Mahvash has been travelling with Chahal throughout the tournament, and she has even been spotted multiple times in the stands cheering for the Punjab Kings star bowler.
In fact, she also penned a heartfelt note for Chahal after attending the first Punjab Kings vs CSK match on April 8. Sharing a picture with the cricketer, she wrote, "One for supporting your people through thick and thin and standing behind them like a rock! We are all here for you (sic)."
Rumours of Chahal and Mahvash dating first surfaced around the former's separation with his wife Dhanashree Verma. The two officially got divorced in March 2025.
While the link-up rumours kept going viral, Mahvash declared in a podcast that she was "single and happy", and while at it, she also stated that she is someone who "dates to marry".
