There are rumours that you are in the top 3, are they true?
I would just say that they are all rumours. They should not be blown away. First of all, they will spoil the fun of the game show. You are watching the game show, so if we tell things beforehand about who was, who was not, or if this is wrong or this is right, then all the fun will be ruined. So we should keep this for people to know and for them to watch in the show. They will know who won, who lost, who was the finalist, and who was not.
The Traitors has people from different generations, and of course, there are talks on social media about how Gen Z contestants like Apoorva Mukhija and others in the show are using abusive language, and they don't know how to talk. So, what do you have to say about this generation that thinks that using cuss words is very cool?
I don't blame kids or youngsters for being the way they are. I am not saying that The Rebel Kid, Apoorva Mukhija, is a bad kid. I know that she has a good heart. Unfortunately, what happens is, all of that doesn't matter when your language is not right. I don't know how kids think that being abusive or disrespectful is a cool thing. You call people by their first name, even if they are 30 years older than you. They say things, they make statements, and then there is a controversy. They are enjoying it, but when it gets too much, they start crying, and then they say, 'This is not me'. Why are people treating me like this? Why am I not getting a house? Their energy needs to be channelised in the right way, and for that, I think parents are the most responsible to see which direction their kids are heading and show them the right direction. I think parents are hugely responsible for it. But if parents only encourage this kind of behaviour, then you can't do anything about it. Then obviously it's a gone case and you just leave it to God.
Now, you have done The Traitors. So, do you think you can consider Bigg Boss as well?
Not at all. This was still okay because the camera doesn't go into your personal space, you play the game, you go to your rooms at night, and there is nobody there. Bigg Boss is not that.
So, after The Traitors, where do we see you?
After The Traitors, now obviously I am desperately getting back to my acting because that is my comfort zone. I want to play characters that I can make as iconic as Vanraj. I am looking forward to doing some good OTT work and also films. I am open to any sort of role, whether it's negative or positive. I am happy playing a villain or a negative role because there's so much more to do in that, and I am happy playing a hero or a positive role as well.
