A crowd of hundreds of people gathered at Pichhore town of Madhya Pradesh recently after Monalisa, who went viral after she was spotted at the Maha Kumbh Mela, shot in the town for her debut film. People can be seen having blocked the roads and thronging the venue in large numbers to catch one glimpse of Monalisa.
In a video that has now surfaced online, a massive crowd can be seen cheering and hooting for Monalisa, who addressed them from the terrace of a structure. "Aap sab se milkar mujhe bohot khushi hui," she said, sending the crowd into a tizzy.
Later, a member from the team of Monalisa's film was seen requesting the crowd to vacate the spot, and he also promised them that the soon-to-be-actress will interact with them the next morning.

"We'll come here again tomorrow, we'll definitely meet then. We have been out since morning and we all really need some rest. I request you all to please vacate the spot. Even our cars are stuck there," he was heard saying.
Monalisa continued to smile at the people waving at her, and was visibly overwhelmed by all the love and attention.
Monalisa took the internet by storm earlier this year after she was spotted selling beads and flowers at the Maha Kumbh Mela. She was dubbed as an ethereal beauty and people captured her photos and videos, making her a national sensation.

Reports then surfaced that Monalisa had bagged a film, and few days later, filmmaker Sanoj Mishra announced that he is set to cast her in his next film, titled The Diary of Manipur. If reports are to be believed, Mishra also gave acting lessons to Monalisa.
