Housefull 5 starring Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Chitrangada Singh, Fardeen Khan, Chunky Pandey, Johnny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Ranjeet, Soundarya Sharma, and Nikitin Dheer is undoubtedly one of the most awaited films of the year. The trailer of the movie was launched in Mumbai on Tuesday (May 27, 2025), and it is hilarious.
The trailer is filled with scenes that will make you laugh out loud, and with Housefull 5, the confusion of Jolly is back that we got to see in Housefull 2 which is regarded as one of the best films in the franchise.
While Akshay, Riteish, and Abhishek are amazing in the trailer, and their scenes are hilarious, the show stealers are veteran actors Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, and Nana Patekar. Sanju, Jackie, and Nana have been clearly given some of the best scenes, and they have nailed it. The 'Choti Bachchi Hai Kya' dialogue featuring Jackie Shroff will surely make you go ROFL (rolling on the floor laughing).
The movie also features other actors like Fardeen, Shreyas, Dino, Chitrangada, Soundarya, Nikitin, but we don't get to know much about their characters in the trailer. Meanwhile, the three female leads, Nargis, Jacqueline, and Sonam, get the perfect glamour quotient in the trailer.
What we also loved about the film were the nostalgic moments; like there's a scene of Akshay with two Monkeys, reminding us of his scene with a Monkey from Housefull part 1. Even the Parrot from part 1 makes a comeback.
The trailer has surely impressed us, and now, we have high expectations from Housefull 5.
Housefull 5 Release Date
Housefull 5 is slated to release on June 6, 2025. It is releasing during Eid al-Adha (Bakra Eid) weekend, so we can expect the film to take a flying start at the box office.
