Bollywood actress Diana Penty has opened up about her long-term relationship with boyfriend Harsh Sagar, views on marriage, and why she doesn't feel the need to make it 'official on paper' just yet. During one of her latest interviews, the Cocktail actress shared rare insights into her personal life, revealing that she has been in a committed relationship for over a decade.
"I've never been interested in having a casual relationship with anybody. I'm an old soul," Diana said, when asked about her approach to dating, during a conversation with Hautterfly.
She added that she's not single when asked if married millennials ever feel FOMO (fear of missing out) for not having experienced dating apps.

When asked if she's vocal about her relationship, the 39-year-old actress explained, "I'm not going to go on the rooftop and start giving a speech about it, but I've been with my partner for 12 years now and we've known each other for 22. For half of our lives, we've known each other. We were really good friends, and we've been together for 12 years. I'm not married, but in my head, I'm married. It's the same thing - you are respecting the relationship in the same way."
The actress also addressed whether she has faced pressure from family to tie the knot. "Both our families are chill and they respect what we have. For them, our happiness is most important. So there's been no pressure whatsoever."
Diana Penty on living with her partner
Talking about the idea of marriage, Diana further shared that while she and her partner aren't against the concept, they simply don't feel the urgency. "We live together, we have a dog together, and everybody knows we are together, so there's no rush to get married. It's pretty much like being married. It's not on paper, but that makes no difference to me or to him."
Diana, who made her acting debut with the romantic comedy film Cocktail in 2012 alongside Deepika Padukone and Saif Ali Khan, is dating diamond merchant Harsh Sagar.
Harsh also has a connection with Bollywood as he is film director Chandra Barot's nephew.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Diana will be seen with Diljit Dosanjh in Detective Sherdil. The film, directed by Ravi Chhabriya, will release on an OTT platform on June 20.
