Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): With rising temperatures in Madhya Pradesh, school timings have been changed to protect children from the extreme heat.
The Rajgarh district administration has announced new school hours as temperatures continue to fluctuate.
Rajgarh Collector Girish Kumar Mishra has ordered that all government, private, CBSE, and CSE schools in the district will now run from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The decision aims to reduce the harmful effects of heat on students' health. Schools have been instructed to follow these new timings strictly.

Rajgarh is not the only district making changes. In Gwalior, the district administration has also adjusted school hours due to the increasing heat.
Pre-primary to Class 2: 9 AM to 1 PM
Class 3 to 12: 8 AM to 1:30 PM
From April 1, all government and private schools in Gwalior have been following these new timings to ensure student safety.
