The viral video is from the IFFCO Chowk Flyover National Highway (NH 48) in Gurugram. The woman, unidentified of her name can be seen sitting on the top of a moving Thar while other vehicles pass from both sides. She is holding her phone in her hands and filming herself. A major accident could have happened during the incident, as the woman can be seen not holding on to anything and risking the lives of many.

Legal Action From Police
Gurugram Police has started investigating the matter. The vehicle number of Thar is also visible in the viral video. According to the police, all the people involved in this stunt have been identified. According to Gurugram Police spokesperson Sandeep Kumar, a video has surfaced on social media. In this video, a young woman is seen doing stunts sitting on the roof of a Thar SUV.
Kumar reported that this is a case of Gurugram. This video is said to be near the IFFCO flyover. Police will take legal action. Kumar said that an investigation is going on.
Hooliganism In Gurugram
In the desire to shoot a reel in the middle of a busy street in Gurugram, hooligans from a convoy of around 22 cars jammed the whole road. The whole incident was recorded by passersby and is now going viral on social media platforms. The clip is raising concerns over a lack of civic sense and breaking of laws openly without any fear. Reportedly, police have fined the vehicle owners and are said to be seizing the cars as well.
