'5 colours in one' dosa
Using vegetable-based natural colours — beetroot pink, spinach green, carrot orange, turmeric yellow, and the original white dosa batter — she creates concentric circles on the pan by using multiple plates, finishing it off with a heart shape in the centre. The final result is a vibrant, rainbow-like dosa that she proudly serves on a plate.
While the artistic effort is evident, the internet wasn’t quite impressed. They were put off by the number of utensils used and the task of doing the dishes later.

Despite being posted months ago, the reel has gained momentum recently, with several netizens commenting their opinion on the colourful dosa.
Shweta hasn’t responded to the backlash, but going by the views and likes, her colourful dosa has certainly turned heads and gone viral.
