Raipur/ Bilaspur: The troubles for suspended IAS officer Ranu Sahu and businessman Suryakant Tiwari continue as the High Court rejected their bail petitions in connection with the coal scam case.
The two accused had filed petitions seeking bail, but the single bench of Justice Narendra Kumar Vyas dismissed their requests after hearing the case.
The hearing for the coal scam case had already been held, with the decision reserved.
On Monday, the High Court delivered its verdict, denying bail to both individuals.
