A video showing a bottle of alcohol and mugs inside a District Cooperative bank's cabin surfaced online. The bank is located in the jurisdiction of Sareni Police Station. After the video went viral, a probe has reportedly been launched into the matter.

Raebareli: A shocking incident surfaced from Uttar Pradesh's Raebareli, where alcohol was being consumed inisde a District Cooperative bank during working hours. A viral video shows a bottle of alcohol and a glass inside the bank's cabin.
The bank is located in the jurisdiction of Sareni Police Station. After the video went viral, a probe has been launched into the matter. In the undated video shot by one of the employees, a half-empty bottle of alcohol and glass and mugs could be seen.

From the video, it is clear that more than one person consumed alcohol inside the bank's room, where files were also placed. The incident highlighted the condition of Cooperative banks in the state.
However, no action has reportedly been taken so far.
Netizens took a swipe at the authorities after the video went viral.
One of the user, while sharing the video wrote, "This is not a pub , this is not a bar , this is also not a liquor shop. Ladies and Gentlemen presenting you a District Co-operative Bank Raebareli Uttar Pradesh for you. Full on Darubazi."
"Mug bhi use karte hain (Mugs were also being used)," another user pointed out.
Earlier this month, a State Bank Of India's employee was alos caught consuming alcohol during working hours within the office premises.
