From the past two days, Ranveer Allahbadia and Samay Raina are in the news because of the show India's Got Latent. On the show, Ranveer asked a contestant, 'Would you rather watch your parents have sex for your entire life or join them once and stop it forever?" This question created a lot of issues for the YouTuber and the the show.
There are multiple FIRs filed against him and the others who have been the part of the show. On social media, while most of the people are slamming Ranveer and Samay, a few people are questioning whether it is such a big issue.
Of course, every headline is about Ranveer and the controversy. So, Vir Das posted on X, "Is anyone doing the real news? Just checking."
To this filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri has questioned Vir, "Is anyone doing the real comedy? Just checking."
Well, Vivek in an earlier post also questioned that why All India Cine Workers Assoication is asking a ban on India's Got Latent. He wrote, "All said and done, why should any film association demand a ban? Shouldn’t they be more concerned about the vulgarity and anti-Hindu content in Bollywood films and on OTT platforms? Why the silence there?"
Vivek Agnihotri is known for having strong view point about what's happened in the country. So, we are not surprised that he is posting about India's Got Latent controversy as well.
