Morena (Madhya Pradesh): A major Income Tax raid was carried out at an Iron rod manufacturing unit in Madhya Pradesh’s Morena district, as reported on Thursday.
According to information, the raid was conducted at Ambah Sariya Private Limited, an iron rod manufacturing factory located in the Banmore Industrial Area of Morena district.
The raid began on Wednesday around 4 pm and continued non-stop for 16 hours, stretching the procedures till Thursday afternoon.
A team of about 10 income tax officers arrived at the factory and began checking all the financial documents and records.
As soon as the raid commenced, the mobile phones of all the employees and management were confiscated to prevent any information from being leaked outside.

The entire operation was conducted in a highly confidential manner. Throughout the night and until Thursday noon, no one was allowed to enter or exit the premises.
