Mumbai: The Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board (a regional unit of MHADA) will begin the online registration and application process for the e-auction of 149 commercial shops located in various housing project premises in Mumbai. The process will commence from 12 PM on August 12, 2025, announced Milind Borikar, Chief Officer of the Board.
The e-auction will take place online on the website [www.eauction.mhada.gov.in](http://www.eauction.mhada.gov.in) for eligible applicants on August 28, 2025, from 11 AM to 5 PM.
The combined result of the e-auction will be announced on August 29, 2025, at 11am on both websites: [https://eauction.mhada.gov.in](https://eauction.mhada.gov.in) and [https://mhada.gov.in](https://mhada.gov.in).
To participate in the Mumbai Board’s e-auction of commercial shops, applicants must register, apply online, upload documents, and pay the earnest money deposit (EMD) between 12 PM on August 12, 2025, and 11:59 PM on August 25, 2025. Applicant must be over 18 years of age at the time of applying. A domicile certificate issued after 2018 from the State of Maharashtra is mandatory. The applicant must pay the prescribed EMD as per the reserve price.

Kurla Swadeshi Mill– 05 shops
Tunga Powai– 02 shops
Kopari Powai– 23 shops
Charkop – 23 shops
Old Magathane, Borivali East– 06 shops
Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali West – 06 shops
Pratiksha Nagar, Sion – 09 shops
Antop Hill, Wadala– 03 shops
Malvani, Malad– 46 shops
Bimbisar Nagar, Goregaon East– 17 shops
Shastri Nagar (Goregaon), Siddharth Nagar and Majaswadi (Jogeshwari East)- 01 shop each
