Viral Video: Lahore Man Claims A Boy Fled On Bike After 'Stealing' An Indian Drone In DHA Phase 6A

After India's strikes on Pakistan military bases, a bizarre incident surfaced from Lahore, where a Pakistani youth stole part of an Indian drone which struck Lahore. In a video, which is going viral, a man can be heard saying that the youth ran away with a part of a drone on his bike.

Lahore: India retaliated to Pakistan's repeated drone and missile attacks and hit at least eight military targets inside Pakistan on the intervening night of May 9 and 10. After India's strike, a bizarre incident surfaced from Lahore, where a Pakistani youth stole part of an Indian drone which struck Lahore.

In a video, which is going viral, a man can be heard saying that the youth ran away with a part of a drone on his bike. He further said that the pillion rider was caught, but the youth kept the part of the drone on the bike's tank and managed to flee from the spot. The incident took place in Lahore's DHA Phase 6 on Friday night.

Netizens are trolling Pakistan for its decision to escalate tensions with India despite a severe economic crisis.

One of the users commented, "Bechkar Atta Chawal layega aaj (he will set it and purchase flour and rice today)."

Meanwhile, another user took a dig at Pakistan for its poor air defence system. "Sir Pakistan have best air defense system."

"125 he is referring to is Honda CG 125 the popular bike in Pakistan. imagine the depravity to steal a drone on this bike," an X user said.

In another viral video, Pakistani youths could be seen stealing parts of an a drone. A Pakistani Army personnel was also walking along with them.

On the intervening night of May 9 and 10, six Pakistani military bases were targeted with precision while one radar site and one aviation base were targeted in Indian strikes. With these precision strikes, the Indian Armed Forces caused significant damage to Pakistan's military bases.

"Pakistan military bases at Rafiqui, Murid, Chaklala, Rahim Yar Khan, Sukkur and Chunian were targeted through air launch, precision ammunition and fighter jets. A radar site in Pasrur and an aviation base in Sialkot were also targeted with precision ammunition. During these actions, India ensured minimum collateral damage and losses," Wing Commander Vyomika Singh said in a joint press briefing by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and the Ministry of Defence (MoD).

. She said that Indian armed forces resorted to retaliatory action and targeted technical installations, command and control centres, radar sites and arms stores inside Pakistan after it deliberately targeted air bases last night.

On Friday night, Pakistani drones were sighted at 26 locations along the International Border and LoC with Pakistan. These include suspected armed drones.

Tensions between the two neighbours soared significantly after the Indian Armed Forces on May 7 conducted precision strikes targeting terror launchpads in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) in response to the April 22 Pahalgam attack that had cross-border linkages.
