What started as a sweet 'Kiss-Cam' moment at a Coldplay concert soon spiralled into a very public scandal for Andy Byron, the former CEO of data analytics firm Astronomer, after his wife allegedly leaked explosive messages linking him to multiple OnlyFans creators.
According to reports, Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan, is said to have shared private messages that allegedly show her husband spending thousands of dollars on explicit content and video calls with OnlyFans star Sophie Rain.
According to screenshots that were reportedly posted by Kerrigan, Byron used a private messaging app under a pseudonym (a “Finsta”) and may have spent up to $40,000 on Rain alone.
In one message, Byron allegedly wrote, “All good. Most guys I talk to are married,” to which Rain responded, “Okay, call me in 5 mins (winky face)." The leaks have sparked intense online discussions, with many split between condemning Byron and questioning the ethics of the public exposure.
Byron resigned from Astronomer shortly after the controversy broke but has not issued any public comment. The company, too, has remained silent amid growing media scrutiny.
OnlyFans Creators Speak Out, Alleged Spending Tops $250K
In an exclusive statement to The Blast, Sophie Rain refrained from confirming client identities but shared her take on the situation. “As a Christian, I don’t condone this type of behaviour. I’m here for his wife if she needs a friend… this guy is just a bump in the road,” she said.
Rain also referenced the Coldplay concert where the saga unofficially began, adding, “I’m glad this happened. Cheaters are the worst people on this planet.”
Camilla Araujo, another OnlyFans creator and founder of the influencer collective Bop House, told The Blast that Byron spent “over $250,000” on content from multiple creators associated with her group.
Meanwhile, Kerrigan has reportedly remained quiet and is keeping a low profile at their estate in Kennebunk, Maine.
