Rajasthan: A unique and shocking video from Rajasthan is going viral on social media, in which a rural woman is seen tying a Rakhi to a leopard. She urges people to save the leopard with a symbolic and heart-warming gesture. The video of the same has been surfacing on social media platforms. Netizens have applauded the woman for this adventurous and emotional moment. While some have also raised concerns over the wildlife balance and the weak state of the leopard, visible in the viral clip.

In the video, the woman can be seen sitting on the edge of a field near her house, and a leopard is sitting in a calm posture in front of her. The woman carefully catches its paw, ties a rakhi, and tries to feed sweets to it. The surprising thing is that the leopard remains absolutely calm instead of being aggressive.

WATCH VIDEO:

According to the information, this incident is from a village in Rajasthan where the leopard was seen around for the last few days. Villagers claim that this leopard is not afraid of humans and has been seen roaming in the village many times. However, the forest department has described it as dangerous and has appealed to people to keep a distance from wild animals.

Action by the forest department:

Forest department officials said that though the scene may seem emotional, it is extremely risky. Wild animals like leopards can be unpredictable and can attack at any time. At present, the department has increased surveillance in the area and is preparing to move the leopard to a safe area.

Netizens Reaction:

Many netizens have raised questions on the weak state of the leopard as visible in the video; some are asking if it was drugged or unwell.

One user wrote, "It’s heartwarming to see such affection for animals… but it also raises a question: is getting this close to a wild predator love, or is true love letting the wild remain wild and free?"
