A woman was abducted at Miami International Airport for carrying two turtles in her innerwear. On Thursday, Transportation Security Administration (TSA), a US-based security agency, said that a Florida woman, unidentified of her name was caught hiding two turtles in her brassiere while passing through a checkpoint at the Miami International Airport. The identity of the woman was not revealed while TSA confirmed that one of the two turtles did not survive.
According to reports, the security agency’s advanced screening technology caught a possible hidden object near the chest area of the lady at the security checkpoint, she was then sent to a private security screening. It was during this process that officers discovered two live turtles wrapped in gauze and plastic.
TSA took to social media platforms to report the incident and make aware the passengers that they can actually carry pets including turtles safely through the security checkpoints and don't have to hide them anywhere.

TSA wrote on the facebook post, "OK friends, please - and we cannot emphasize this enough - stop hiding animals in weird places on your body and then trying to sneak them through airport security."
It further adds, "We want you to be able to travel with your pets, and you turtle-ly can, but please travel with them safely. You can start by reaching out to your airline for their rules concerning pets on board flights. As far as TSA screening goes, small pets are allowed through our checkpoint but must be removed from any carriers and carried through the checkpoint (notice we said “carried” and not “hidden underneath your clothing”)."
Surviving Turtle Returned To Department of Fish and Wildlife
TSA confirmed that the surviving turtle was turned to Department of Fish and Wildlife. The statement said, "The surviving turtle was turned over to the Florida Department of Fish and Wildlife, and we’re thankful for their partnership throughout this incident."
