We are just a little over a month away from the iPhone 17 range unveil, and the leaks are now picking up pace. The iPhone 17 range is likely to include the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max. Out of the four models, the iPhone 17 Pro Max will be the most premium of all. A new report suggests that the iPhone 17 Pro Max will have a better display and a bigger battery than the iPhone 17 Pro.
MacRumors reports that the iPhone 17 Pro Max is rumored to house a larger battery—potentially exceeding 5,000 mAh, thanks to its physically larger and slightly thicker frame. In contrast, the iPhone 17 Pro, being more compact, will feature a smaller battery. This means the Pro Max is expected to deliver longer battery life.

Furthermore, the report also tips that the iPhone 17 Pro Max may have a smaller Dynamic Island compared to the Pro model.
As with previous generations, the iPhone 17 Pro Max will have a larger display than the Pro model—likely around 6.9 inches vs. 6.3 inches.
Both the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max are expected to feature an aluminum frame, a noticeably larger rear camera module, and Apple’s next-gen A19 Pro chip. They’re also rumored to include 12GB of RAM, an enhanced 24-megapixel front camera, an upgraded 48-megapixel telephoto lens with up to 8x optical zoom, and a striking new copper-like color finish. Rumours also suggest that the Pro models may have a dedicated camera button.
