Young Spanish footballer Lamine Yamal was seen doing the crown celebration to celebrate a goal during a crushing 7-3 victory over FC Seoul in a friendly match at the Seoul World Cup Stadium on Thursday. A video of the same surfaced on social media as Yamal did the crown celebration.

The teenage prodigy scored two out of seven goals, doing so in the 45th minute and in the extended time after the first half. Ferran Torres also netted a couple, while Robert Lewandoski, Gavi and Andreas Christensen scored one goal apiece to consign Seoul to a heavy loss. As for the South Korean club, Choo Young-Wook, Yazan Al-Arab and Jung Han-Min scored the three goals.

"Lamine has a lot of personality, like Messi" - Joan Laporta
With Lamine inheriting the legendary Lionel Messi's jersey No.10, current Barcelona FC President Joan Laporta said the 18-year-old has plenty of traits that are consistent with the Argentinian. Claiming Messi as the best player in the history of Football, Laporta said, as quoted by Goal.com:
"Lamine is Lamine Yamal and Lionel Messi was Lionel Messi. Messi has been the best player in the world, and Lamine, I think that in today’s situation, he is the best in the world. I think we’ll see, we’ll see. Lamine has a lot of personality, like Messi, in his time he also had a lot of personality. Of course, Messi won everything. Messi did everything. For me, he is probably the best player in history."
Yamal, meanwhile, is reportedly a firm contender to win ballon d'or 2025 award.
