Team India skipper Shubman Gill's bad luck with the toss has received some cheeky jibes from the netizens as he ended up on the wrong side of it on Day 1 of the fifth Test against England at The Kia Oval in London. Having lost all five tosses in the series, a section of netizens hilariously called for some rituals to be done.
It is also the 15th consecutive time that India has lost a toss in international cricket. The last time the Asian Giants won the toss was during the T20I hosted by Rajkot against England. Since then, 14 tosses have gone against them. Nevertheless, Gill remained upbeat, claiming at the toss that he doesn't care about winning them if India wins the Test.
