Karachi Kings kicked off their Pakistan Super League 2025 campaign in style, pulling off a thrilling run-chase against Multan Sultans and then rubbing salt in the wounds with a cheeky social media post aimed directly at rival skipper Mohammad Rizwan.

In a high-octane encounter on Saturday, Karachi chased down a mammoth target of 235 runs, clinching a memorable victory that left the Sultans stunned. But it wasn’t just the result that made headlines it was Karachi’s post-match dig that stole the spotlight.

The franchise posted a reel with the caption, "No learns, only wins," a direct jab at Rizwan's viral 2024 catchphrase, "Ya to win hai, ya learn hai" (Either we win, or we learn). The tweet was later removed from social media handle

Multan had set an imposing total of 234/6, thanks largely to a gritty unbeaten century from Rizwan. The skipper smashed an unbeaten 105 off 63 balls. While he held one end, some critics questioned his lack of acceleration, especially considering he batted for over 10 overs. The late fireworks came from Michael Bracewell (44* off 17) which helped the Sultans past the 230 mark.
