Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) star batter Virat Kohli was spotted outside team hotel seemingly heading for a practice session as he was in his training kit. In a video shared on social media, the 36-year-old was spotted in his training kit as he gears up for the clash against the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on May 17, Saturday.
The Chinnaswamy Stadium is likely to be jampacked for the clash against the Knight Riders, given it will be the first time Kohli will step on the field since announcing his Test retirement. The Delhi-born cricketer's shock announcement caused quite a stir in the cricketing fraternity as many expected him to continue playing the format for at least two more years.

The former RCB captain has also been in outstanding form in IPL 2025, aggregating 505 runs in 11 matches at 63.12 alongside seven half-centuries.
RCB had beaten KKR earlier in IPL 2025
With the Kolkata Knight Riders losing to RCB earlier in the tournament and having their playoff hopes hanging by the thread, they face a stiff challenge against the hosts at the Chinnaswamy Stadium. Meanwhile, the Royal Challengers will qualify for the playoffs if they beat the defending champions on Saturday.
With Kohli in supreme form with the bat, the Royal Challengers will hope to break their title drought this year.
