Team India pacer Mohammed Siraj was heard mocking England batters on day one of the third Test at the iconic Lord's Cricket Ground. With the English batters absorbing the pressure after two quick wickets, Siraj was heard on stump mic, saying 'Baz Baz Bazball, I want to see' as a video of the same surfaced on social media.
Unlike in the first two Tests, England have been biding their time instead of playing aggressively despite losing quick wickets on what has been a tricky surface at Lord's. Their run-rate at one time had fallen below three runs per over due to Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj bowling tight lines and beating the bat multiple times in the post-lunch session. Notably, England also opted to bat first after winning yet another toss, having opted to bowl in the previous two matches.

England win hat-trick of tosses as Ben Stokes opts to bat first at Lord's
Meanwhile, England captain Ben Stokes had won an important toss and elected to bat first at the iconic Lord's Cricket Ground. Both sides have made one change to their XI, with the hosts already announcing a day before about Jofra Archer replacing Josh Tongue. Meanwhile, Indian skipper Shubman Gill announced that Jasprit Bumrah has replaced Prasidh Krishna.
India (Playing XI): Yashasvi Jaiswal, KL Rahul, Karun Nair, Shubman Gill(c), Rishabh Pant(w), Nitish Kumar Reddy, Ravindra Jadeja, Washington Sundar, Akash Deep, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj.
England (Playing XI): Zak Crawley, Ben Duckett, Ollie Pope, Joe Root, Harry Brook, Ben Stokes(c), Jamie Smith(w), Chris Woakes, Brydon Carse, Jofra Archer, Shoaib Bashir.
The tourists have already dismissed Crawley and Duckett as Nitish Kumar Reddy struck in his first over, sending the openers packing. But Joe Root and Ollie Pope settled in well after overcoming a tough phase following lunch. Nevertheless, Ravindra Jadeja claimed the wicket of Pope for 44 after tea.
