Emotional Reunion At Dnyandeep Vidyalaya: Alumni Relive School Days After 23 Years |

It was a heartwarming and emotional day at Dnyandeep Vidyalaya, Dalimb, as the alumni of the 2001-02 SSC batch reunited after 23 years, filling the school campus with laughter, nostalgia, and inspiration. The gathering wasn't just a walk down memory lane—it served as a powerful message for current students about the value of education and the possibilities that lie ahead.

School Head Master Satish Gunjote addressed the event, emphasizing the significance of alumni in shaping the aspirations of current students. “Alumni are inspirational beacons. When students see someone who once sat on the same bench now become a doctor, engineer, teacher, or officer—it sparks a belief: It’s possible... I can do it too! These reunions aren’t just about old memories, but about passing on traditions, values, and aspirations to the next generation,” he said.

The celebration also honored retired teachers, including Sharda Akkade, V. M. Patil, R. J. More, B. P. Badure, D. R. Gaikwad, M. D. Jadhav, Tukaram Gunjkar, and B. G. Kakade, who were felicitated by their former students with deep gratitude for their guidance and dedication.

The joy of reconnecting after more than two decades was palpable as alumni reminisced about their school days—sharing mischievous tales, heartfelt stories, and humorous memories that brought both laughter and tears. Teachers, grandparents, and former students gathered in large numbers to witness this celebration of bonds that time could never break.

Alumni such as Kiran Patil, Datta Gaikwad, Tukaram Kapse, Ranjit Vakale, Jyoti Suravase, Jabbar Sharwale, and Dilip Mule shared their experiences, expressing how the school shaped their lives. The atmosphere turned jovial with some humorous storytelling, keeping spirits high.

Behind the scenes, the event’s success was driven by the dedicated efforts of Ranjit Vakale, Anusya Sarane, Jyoti Suravase, Priya Wale, Jabbar Sharwale, Usman Kamal, Shivaji Lovete, Minaj Mulla, Kishore Jadhav, and Mahadev Pawar, with Dalimb V.K. Sec. Society Vice Chairman Digambar Jadhav coordinating the program.

As the day drew to a close, hearts were full and goodbyes were exchanged with promises to meet again. The reunion served not only as a celebration of the past but also a beacon of inspiration for the future.
