Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation (CSMC) has taken the initiative to make the officers and employees technology savvy by using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for bringing transparency, efficiency and speed in the routine works. It is the first of its kind in any of the municipal corporations in the country, the CSMC sources claimed.
Under the initiative, the officers and employees are provided special AI training. The aim of the training is to acquaint them with the latest technology and work procedures, so that they can work more efficiently. In the first phase, 300 officers and employees were provided training while the rest will get the training in the coming days.
After the training, they are using the AI tools and latest technology to bring speed in the daily tasks and the administrative work will be more easy, rapid and accurate.
CSMC commissioner and administrator G Srikanth said that our aim is to make Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar a smart and futuristic city by using AI and other latest technologies. We are not intended only to provide training to the officers, but also to provide excellent service to the citizens.
The training session was held at the Smart City office under the guidance of project officer Faiz Ali. Salman Shaikh, Sohel and Ganesh Kharde are providing the training.
