In yet another success after scoring in the 12th board exams, the results of Vaibhavi Deshmukh, daughter of late Santosh Deshmukh, Sarpanch of Massajog in Beed district, have been announced. Vaibhavi has scored 147 marks in the NEET exam.
Vaibhavi, daughter of deceased Sarpanch Santosh Deshmukh, has scored 147 marks in the NEET exam. Vaibhavi had given this exam during a difficult time after the brutal murder of her father, Santosh Deshmukh. Vaibhavi also scored 85.33 percent marks in the 12th exam.
The NEET UG 2025 qualifying cut-off has dropped across all categories compared to last year. For the general category, the cut-off range has decreased to 686–144, down from 720–162 in 2024. Similarly, the cut-off for SC, ST, and OBC candidates has dropped to 143–113, compared to 161–127 in 2024.
While her family was still reeling from the tragedy, Vaibhavi showed remarkable strength, choosing to honour her father’s dream instead of giving in to grief.
In this regard, MP Supriya Sule has called Vaibhavi and congratulated her. Vaibhavi is being praised from all walks of life for passing the NEET exam. Sule wrote on X, "Massajog Sarpanch Late Santosh Deshmukh's daughter Vaibhavi has successfully passed the NEET exam. Her success is inspiring for everyone. She has successfully passed this exam in very adverse conditions. Heartiest congratulations to her for this success and best wishes for her future journey."
Vaibhavi Deshmukh had scored 85.33 percent marks in the 12th board exam. Speaking on that occasion, Vaibhavi Deshmukh had said, "I do not have a father to pat me on the back." In these words, Vaibhavi Deshmukh, the daughter of Late Sarpanch Santosh Deshmukh, remembered her father. After the 12th results, Vaibhavi is being praised all over Maharashtra. Santosh Deshmukh's daughter has scored 63 in English, 83 in Marathi, 94 in Mathematics, 83 in Physics, 91 in Chemistry, and 98 in Biology. She has scored 512 marks out of a total of 600.
