In an era increasingly defined by innovation, adaptability, and sustainability, architectural designer Priya Panse has emerged as a powerful force reshaping the urban skyline. Her latest achievement, The Nexus Tower, has been honored with the prestigious Platinum MUSE Design Award in the Architectural Design – Office Building category, reinforcing her status as a leader in contemporary architectural innovation.
Strategically situated at the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus (BNMC), The Nexus Tower is envisioned as a Business Incubator and Accelerator, designed to foster entrepreneurship, research, and collaboration within a flexible, future-ready environment. The tower's distinctive diagrid structural system not only enhances its visual appeal but also maximizes open, adaptable spaces, improving energy efficiency and optimizing daylight penetration. Central public areas, including a café and shared workspaces, are thoughtfully integrated to encourage social interaction and the exchange of ideas among occupants. Sustainability is at the core of The Nexus Tower's design. Features such as integrated bicycle infrastructure, landscaped terraces, and passive environmental strategies underscore a commitment to user wellness and ecological responsibility. These elements collectively promote well-being and establish a benchmark for tomorrow's workspaces.

Panse, who holds a Master of Architecture with a concentration in Inclusive Design, approaches each project with a dedication to spatial equity and ecological stewardship. “What inspired this project was the opportunity to design a building that not only accommodates innovation but actively catalyzes it,” Panse reflects. “The goal was to represent progress architecturally—both in user experience and sustainable strategy.”
With The Nexus Tower, Priya Panse has achieved more than award recognition; she has articulated a visionary narrative in built form, one that underscores architecture’s transformative power in shaping culture, community, and imagination. Her clarity of vision, technical precision, and leadership in execution continue to propel her reputation as a rising innovator in the field.
