In an act of taking revenge from a neighbouring lady for giving a loan of Rs 2000 to her husband, the accused 40 year old woman allegedly forces the neighbour's children into obscene act with each other. The accused lady has been arrested for allegedly forcing her neighbour’s minor children a 10-year-old mentally challenged boy and a 6-year-old girl into performing obscene acts, which she recorded on her mobile phone and circulated on social media.
The Neighbour's Loan Leads To Dispute
According to police, the incident stemmed from a previous dispute between the accused and the children's mother, who live next door to each other in Ghansoli. The complainant lady had given a loan of Rs 2000 to the accused woman's husband which she came to know and took an objection to the same. The couple had a fight over the same which fuelled her anger even more, said the police. The accused lady then decided to take revenge by defaming the neighbour's children.
The Accused Plans Her Revenge
To take revenge, the accused reportedly targeted the woman's children while they were playing outside on Monday. She allegedly forced them to remove their clothes and perform lewd acts. Due to their young age and the boy's mental condition, the children complied with her instructions unknowingly, said police.
Accuse Films Incidents Shares It Online
The accused filmed the incident and later uploaded the video to Instagram, along with defamatory and obscene comments aimed at the children’s mother. On Tuesday morning, the mother came across the video online and immediately approached the Rabale Police Station to file a complaint.
"Based on the complaint, we registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the Information Technology (IT) Act along with BNS Act for criminal intimidation, defamation and outraging the modesty," said the officer. The woman was arrested immediately and is currently in police custody.
