National Lok Adalat At DRT III Settles 91 Cases, Recovers ₹31.86 Crore

A total of 91 cases were settled amicably, and Rs 31.86 crore was recovered. The Lok Adalat was held in consultation with the District Legal Services Authority.

The National Lok Adalat was held at the Debts Recovery Tribunal III under the guidance of G. Chandrashekaran, Chairperson of DRAT, Chennai, and Arun Kumar Singal, Presiding Officer of DRT III, Mumbai, on Saturday. A total of 91 cases were settled amicably, and Rs 31.86 crore was recovered. The Lok Adalat was held in consultation with the District Legal Services Authority.

It was chaired by retired District & Sessions Judge Subhash Dharmadhikari, along with panel members Manoj Sharma, Chief Manager of Bank of Baroda, and Advocate Nikhil Salvi. Sanjai Jaiswal, Registrar of DRT III, thanked all officers and staff for making the program a success. Those who attended included Mrs. Snehal Talashilkar, Mr. Palav, Mr. Parvesh, Mr. Khatu, Mr. Borade, Mr. Kamble, Mr. Mukul, Mr. Pawan, Mr. Shubham, Mr. Labade, Mr. Indulkar, Mr. Amarendra, and Mrs. Priyanka.
