Mumbai: The most anticipated walkway of Mumbai, the Malabar Hill Treetop Walkway, was inaugurated on March 30. Inspired by Singapore’s iconic tree-top walkways, this new attraction is located in the scenic Malabar Hill region of Mumbai.
Following the inauguration, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) shared a video via X on Sunday. BMC explained the online ticket booking process for the walkway. The video provides a step-by-step guide on how to secure your visit, highlighting key details such as the number of visitors allowed at a time and the important note that each visit is limited to a one-hour time slot.
Guildliness For Malabar Hill Treetop Walkway:
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) shared on X that, to ensure smooth visitor management and prevent overcrowding, only 200 visitors are allowed at a time.
Each visit is restricted to a one-hour time slot, and entry/exit is controlled through a barcode generated upon online ticket booking.

At Malabar Hill To visit the Nature Trail, go to https://naturetrail.mcgm.gov.in & click "Book Now."
Booking Steps:
Select preferred date and time slot.
Click "Next" and enter details.
Click "Next" again and specify the number of visitors on the right-hand side.
Click "Next" once more & proceed to make the payment.
Entry Fee Structure Of Walkway:
Rs. 25 for Indian citizens.
Rs. 100 for foreign tourists.
About Malabar Hill Treetop Walkway:
The Malabar Hill Forest Walkway is a project developed by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) Hydraulic Engineering Department. Inspired by Singapore's renowned 'Tree Top Walk,' this walkway is a 485-meter-long, 2.4-meter-wide wooden pathway located in Mumbai's Malabar Hill region.
Speaking about the walkway, a civic official mentioned, "A special feature of the trail is the 'Sea Viewing Deck,' where visitors can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Mumbai coastline," as per the report.
