To commemorate the 300th birth anniversary of the revered Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar, a grand cultural presentation featuring theatre, music, and dance will be held on June 26, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at Ravindra Natya Mandir, Prabhadevi, Mumbai.
This tribute is being presented by the Sarfhojiraje Bhosale Bharatanatyam Training and Research Centre, with the concept, direction, and curation by noted cultural scholar Dr. Sandhya Purecha.
The Hon’ble Speaker of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, Shri Rahul Narwekar, will grace the event as the chief guest.
The programme will bring to life key milestones from the extraordinary journey of Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar, through a thoughtful blend of drama, classical dance, and music. The script is authored by Vivek Apte and Subhash Saigal, with music composed by Ajit Parab, choreography by Subhash Nakashe, and narration by Harish Bhimani.
